This leads to major raising of credit card fraud functions. If a criminal steal or perhaps cheats the info on the credit card of a cardholder, the criminal can utilize the credit card to ingest. Based on the Nilson Report in October 2016, over thirty-one trillion dollars have been produced globally by internet transaction methods within 2015, boosting 7.3 % than 2014. Globally losses at credit card fraud rose to twenty-one billion dollars throughout 2015, and can perhaps attain thirty-one billion dollars by 2020. The morphing wing is capable of enhancing the mission profiles through its significant geometrical changes in the surface areas (upper and lower area of wing). The primary aspiration is to calculate the CL and CD (coefficient of lift and drag) of real aircraft with conventional control surfaces and to compare its result with morphing wing. The morphing techniques also enables various prevention of aerodynamic losses (drag, vortices, noise, etc) caused due to geometrical discontinuities of conventional wing with aileron and flap in operating conditions (take-off, cruise, loiter, landing).Catia modelling of proposed wing is analysed by CFD method and to compare and contrast the aerodynamic performance with the conventional (hinged) wing.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>03</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4295</first_page>     <last_page>4300</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9141.038620</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9141038620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Efficient Geo-Textual Hybrid Indexing Techniques for Moving Objects and Queries</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of Computer Science, Women’s University, Santacruz (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sulbha Kishor</given_name>      <surname>Powar</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Ganesh M.</given_name>       <surname>Magar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science, Women’s University, Santacruz (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Advancements of various Geographic Information Technologies have resulted in huge growth in Geo-Textual data. Many Indexing and searching algorithms are developed to handle this Geo-Textual data which contains spatial, textual and temporal information. In past, Indexing and searching algorithms are developed for the applications in which the object trajectory or velocity vector is known in advance and hence we can predict the future position of the objects. There are real time applications like emergency management systems, traffic monitoring, where the objects movements are unpredictable and hence future position of the objects cannot be predicted. Techniques are required to answer the geo-textual kNN query where the velocity vectors or trajectories of moving and moving queries are not known. In case of moving objects, capturing current position of the object and maintaining spatial index optimally is very much essential. The hybrid indexing techniques used earlier are based on R-tree spatial index. The nodes of the R-tree index structure are split or merged to maintain the locations of continuously moving objects, increasing the maintenance cost as compared to the grid index. In this paper a solution is proposed for creating and maintaining hybrid index for moving objects and queries based on grid and inverted list hybrid indexing techniques. The method is also proposed for finding Geo-Textual nearest neighbours for static and moving queries using hybrid index and conceptual partitioning of the grid. The overall gain reported by the experimental work using hybrid index over the non- hybrid index is 30 to 40 percent depending on the grid size chosen for mapping the data space and on the parameters of queries.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>03</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4419</first_page>     <last_page>4428</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9142.038620</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9142038620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Understanding of Cultural Diversity and Team Performance: A Conceptual Framework</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Dept. of Management Studies, SRMIST (Vadapalani Campus), Chennai, Tamilnadu.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Niranjani Ruba</given_name>      <surname>P*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Praseeda</given_name>       <surname>C</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Dept. of Management Studies, SRMIST (Vadapalani Campus), Chennai, Tamilnadu.</organization>   </contributors>
This article is a conceptual framework which examines the effect of cultural difference on team effectiveness by assimilating literature, on the possible performance benefits of cultural diversity and possible problems of cultural diversity. Generally speaking, when network researchers need to evaluate the experiments, there is generally the necessity to estimate the different models advantages by computing a set of QoS metrics to understand the network performance impact in such scenario. Network simulators, and NS3 specifically, need important program writing from the researcher to consolidate simulation results. This article states a contribution for NS3 composed of a new Framework that tends to make it less complicated to obtain and plot various QoS network performance metrics. This framework generates and runs simulations using common simulation parameters, such as velocity, mobility models, and number of nodes automatically. Big data analytics is used in analysing the data and helps in predicting the best outcome from the data sets. Big data analytics can be very useful in predicting crime and also gives the best possible solution to solve that crime. In this system we will be using the past crime data set to find out the pattern and through that pattern we will be predicting the range of the incident. The range of the incident will be determined by the decision model and according to the range the prediction will be made. The data sets will be non-linear and in the form of time series so in this system we will be using the prophet model algorithm which is used to analyse the non-linear time series data. The prophet model categories in three main category and i.e. trends, seasonality, and holidays. This system will help crime cell to predict the possible incident according to the pattern which will be developed by the algorithm and it also helps to deploy right number of resources to the highly marked area where there is a high chance of incidents to occur. The forecast of air quality is done with analyzing the AQI (Air Quality Index) of the atmosphere in different areas. These predictions are done using the BP Neural network Algorithm in which the data of the gases like CO2, CO, SO2, O3, NO2, PM2.5 etc. is first classified in the system, and then the normality is checked by comparison of each gases with the normality. But the prediction cannot be fully excepted because it doesn’t consider the outside weather condition of the atmosphere. Customer Engagement has been explained as the bond between business or marketers with the Customers. The relationship between the customers and the Marketers, can happen through several platforms, out of which Social Media is a powerful one. Almost everyone uses Social media now and there is certainly, a continuous increase in the numbers. This platform is used by marketers to increase Customer Engagement through various marketing strategies. The marketing strategies in Social media include promotions and advertisements through various means such as videos, texts, Photos and web-links. These strategies elicit reaction, response or keep customers mentally engaged, which earlier studies on this have substantial arguments supporting this. The engagement can be Passive or active. The present study considers three factors of Customer Engagement and has established the structural relationship between the measured variables and the unmeasured using Structural Equation model. The measured being Personalised, Interactive and Ethical promotional strategies that lead to Customer Engagement. The top ten Social media such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkdIn, Tumblr, Snapchat and Tiktok have been taken for the study .The result of the study gives insight to the Marketers on which is the most influential variable on Customer Engagement. The result reveals that Personalised Promotions play a prominent role in keeping Cutomers Engaged. Hence focus on this parameter by the marketers which has an effect on Customer loyalty will help in customer retention.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>03</month> <day>30</day> <year>2020</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>4118</first_page> <last_page>4121</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9163.038620</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9163038620/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Rural Investor’s Behavior and Satisfaction Level of Financial Saving Schemes towards Post Office</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar in Commerce in Dr.N.G.P. An efficient measurement for both static and dynamic crowd simulation is applied in tracking and transportation applications. The proposed Hybrid Agent Reinforcement Learning (HARL) algorithm combines the Q-Learning off-policy value function and SARSA algorithm on-policy value function, which is used for dynamic crowd evacuation scenario. The HARL algorithm performs multiple value functions and combines the policy value function derived from the multi agent to improve the performance. In addition, the efficiency of the HARL algorithm is able to demonstrate in varied crowd sizes. Two kinds of applications are used in Reinforcement Learning such as tracking applications and transportation monitoring applications for pretending the crowd sizes.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>03</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>5251</first_page>     <last_page>5255</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9187.038620</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9187038620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A New Framework for Water Supply using IoT Technology</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>B.E., Department of ECE, National Engineering College,India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>K.S.Muthu</given_name>      <surname>Priya*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>A.Michael</given_name>       <surname>Nivitha B.E.</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of ECE, National Engineering College,India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>J.Jasmine</given_name>       <surname>Sugaji</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>department, B.E., Department of ECE, National Engineering College,India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>N.</given_name>       <surname>Arumugam</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate professror Department of ECE, National Engineering College,India.</organization>   </contributors>
As the population keeps growing, water source must be distributed efficiently. This sector helps to meet the basic needs of human and their civilization. Hence agriculture would be the enterprise in the globe. Considering the parameters of the agriculture, selection of crops plays a very vital role in farming. The proposed model for Crop selection and it’s yield prediction mainly focusses on the season and location to display the desired crop for cultivation . This requirement is implemented with Machine Learning algorithms like Decision tree for classification and Linear regression for yield prediction to maximize the crop yield. This model helps the farmers to know about the correct crop to be cultivated in a particular location . And also gives a approximate percentage of yield based on the data available in the dataset. Thus selecting crop for cultivation becomes a easier task for farmers because selection of correct crop for their location is precisely implemented using this project.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>03</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4126</first_page>     <last_page>4128</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9191.038620</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9191038620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Optimization of Geometrical Parameters of Hollow-core Slabs by Formwork-free Shaping for Construction in Seismic Areas</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor at the Department of “Building Structures” of the Faculty of “Construction of Buildings and Structures” of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mirzaev</given_name>      <surname>Pulat*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Mirzaev</given_name>       <surname>Shavkat</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Director of the Innovation Center at the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, Tashkent, Uzbekistan.</organization>   </contributors>
The building norms and standards of Uzbekistan on the reinforced concrete structures do not regulate the design of hollow-core slabs of formwork-free shaping, reinforced with prestressed wire reinforcement. The manufacturing technology of such slabs allows creating a wide range of products that increase the possibility of their use in various structural systems in residential, civil and industrial buildings, but in non-seismic areas only. The aim of this work is to develop a constructive solution for the cross section of a prestressed hollow-core floor slab of bench formwork-free shaping, reinforced with high-strength wire reinforcement, in order to create a wide range of products intended for construction in seismic areas. To achieve the goal, the problem of determining the optimal combination of height and configuration parameters of the cross section of such a slab is solved, meeting the normalized operational requirements and limitations of earthquake-resistant building standards. The main variable parameters are the height and the void degree of the section, characterized by the size and shape of voids. In calculating the cross-section of a hollow-core slab when substantiating the theoretical basis for the calculation, the cross section is reduced to the equivalent I-section. As a result of research, a constructive solution was developed for the slab cross section of the maximum parameter values (the span, operational load) set by the customer. The parameters of the slab cross-section are: the height 190 mm, the hollowness 38%, the height of the upper thickened flange (compared with the height of the lower flange) of the given section is 0.27h, the height of the lower flange is 0.17h, the reduced (total) thickness of all ribs “b” is 0.32 of the width of the upper flange. The voids in the section along the height of the slab are arranged asymmetrically. A patent for a utility model has been received for the proposed constructive solution of the slab cross section.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>03</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2020</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>4973</first_page>     <last_page>4977</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.F9192.038620</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/F9192038620/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Design and Development of Drivers Driving Pattern Analysis for Automatic License Issuing System</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>ECE department, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mr B.
