For example, Twitter is a social media site enable users with facilities like reading, sending post recognized as ‘tweets’ and interrelate with diverse peoples. People often post their sentiments about their day-to-day lives, the whole thing for example places and brands. Businesses makes profit from this vast social media site by gathering data related to sentiments of people. Presenting a model that can accomplish opinion analysis on collected data from Twitter is the aim of this paper. To analyze highly unstructured and unorganized data in Twitter makes it difficult to manage and use. In our proposed model we are combining the work of unsupervised and supervised algorithms. Extracting and classifying each tweet depending on its opinion considered to be a neutral, positive or negative. Zomato and Swiggy are the two subjects about which data were collected to show which online food delivery business has more popularity. We have used diverse machine learning algorithms for testing. Testing metrics like f-score and cross validation were used for testing the result from these models. Our model has shown performance which is considered to be robust on directly mining Twitter texts.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>9</first_page>     <last_page>12</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3854.118419</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3854078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Dynamic Capability of Private Universities: The Role of Middle Managers</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Management Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik,Gresik, Indonesia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <surname>Sukaris*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Sri</given_name>       <surname>Hartini</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dien</given_name>       <surname>Mardhiyah</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Economics and Business, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Ismi</given_name>       <surname>Rajiani</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Post Graduate Program Management Studies, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik,Gresik, Indonesia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Budiyono</given_name>       <surname>Pristyadi</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Management Study Program, Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik,Gresik, Indonesia.</organization>   </contributors>
Achieving the quality of tertiary institutions as part of continuous quality improvement, the role of managers, especially at the middle level manager in business processes in higher education becomes very crucial in orchestrating the dynamic capabilities of the organization, because in this implementation the middle manager becomes the technical executor of the intended achievement process. The FDM printed parts often suffered with lack of global or average strength, because of more strength in printed direction and leads to anisotropic mechanical properties. The most effective methods to obtain high tensile strength are the optimization of process parameters of FDM process to manufacture high strength Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) samples. The present research paper objective is to analyze the process parameters effect on tensile strength of FDM printed specimen with ABS. The specimen is prepared as per the D638 ASTM standards. The specimens are printed in accordance with L9 matrix a Taguchi method. The chosen FDM process parameters are fill density with 40, 60 and 80(%), print speed with values of 60, 80 and 100(mm/min), and layer thickness 100, 200 and 300(microns). From the tensile strength investigation of ABS samples, the maximum tensile strength of 24.866 MPa is obtained with specimen build with the parameters, infill-80%, speed- 100mm/min and layer thickness 0.2mm. This proposed research work is useful to decide the effective FDM process factors and their working ranges to manufacture the ABS components or parts.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>1589</first_page>     <last_page>1593</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.C3854.118419</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/C3854098319/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Strength and Ductility of Tyre Rubber Concrete Columns</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research scholar of Civil Engineerieng Department, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Padur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India &amp; Assistant Professor, Civil Engineerieng Department, Elitte College Of Engineering, Sodepur, Kolkata, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sulagno</given_name>      <surname>Banerjee*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Aritra</given_name>       <surname>Mandal</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Research scholar of Civil Engineerieng Department, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Padur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India &amp; Assistant Professor, Department of Civil Engineering, Techno International Batanagar, West Bengal, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr Jessy</given_name>       <surname>Rooby</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor of Civil Engineering Department, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Padur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India,</organization>   </contributors>
This paper describes the results of short columns with different eccentricities. The effect of notch geometries on the triaxial stress state development in the critical section of a notched cylindrical bar is studied here using FEM. In addition, the effect of triaxial stress state (TSS) on the SNCF is evaluated. To this end, a notched cylindrical bars with notch depths from extremely deep notch (do/Do = 0.2) shallow notch (do/Do = 0.95) has been employed. The results show that the notches introduce a TSS at the critical section, which strongly affected by the notch depth as well as the notch radii. In this paper, a new concentration factor is introduced as the ratio of the stress triaxiality factor at the notch root (TFNR) to the average triaxiality on the critical section (), i.e. the triaxiality concentration factor KTF. The numerical results reveal that the variation of the average triaxiality factor with total strain shows the same trend as that of the SNCF. The variation of the elastic values of TFCN, , , and SNCF with do/Do and show that the minimum TFNR leads to the maximum elastic SNCF. It is prominent that elastic TFNR is less that elastic TFCN for 0.2 ≤ do/Do ≤ 0.85, while it is greater for shallow notches. The current results indicate a strong compatibility between the newly defined triaxiality concentration factor and the SNCF up to general yielding.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3468</first_page>     <last_page>3474</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.C3922.118419</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/C3922098319/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Assessing the Impact of Information Technology on Organizational Agility in South Khorasan Province (I.R.IRAN)</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Engineering, Birjand University of Technology, Birjand, Iran.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Hossein Kardan</given_name>      <surname>Moghadam*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Hanie</given_name>       <surname>Behdani</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Engineering, Birjand University of Technology, Birjand, Iran.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Amir</given_name>       <surname>Rajaei</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Engineering, Velayat University, Iranshahr, Iran.</organization>   </contributors>
Organizational agility is one of the management concepts associated with business activities in the twenty-first century. Organizational agility along with other management theories plays a key role in the success of companies in turbulent market environments. In this regard, information technology effect on the agility of organizations and has a fundamental role in understanding and reacting to the environment. In this research, the relationship between information technology and the organizational agility was investigated in several organizations (regional water company, urban water and wastewater company, rural water and wastewater company, electricity distribution department and agricultural jihad organization) in South Khorasan province, Iran. The random sampling method was used and the population of the case study consisted of 300 people (60 questionnaires from each of the departments). The used questionnaire consists of two sections; the first part is used to measure the use of information technology in organizations, and the second part evaluated various organizational agility capabilities (speed, competence, accountability and flexibility). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results of the research showed the highest impact of information technology on speed, competence and accountability in agricultural jihad organization and on flexibility in regional water organization. In general, it can be said that the average impact of information technology on agility indicators in all organizations is almost in average range.
