Philosophical aspects of identity narrates specifically the sentiments of humans that arises from the social status of an individual and identify individuals as belonging to a particular group. However, the physiological aspects takes into account the identification of the humans on the basis of some physical parameters such as height of an individual or the biometric traits. The Issues of national importance have steered the need for the setting-up of the formal identification system for the establishment of the physiological identity of the residents of a country, especially the digital identity. The issues of national importance include national security, border security and delivery of the government services to the residents of a country in an electronic mode etc. Before the advent of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT), documents such as passport, driving license and ration card etc. were used to establish the human identity in order to avail various services of the government and non- government organizations. ICT has enabled the government across the world to devise digital identification systems for providing the digital identity to the individuals as well as mechanisms for the authentication of the digital identity. Depending upon the national policy, some of the countries have made it compulsory and some others have made it voluntary to enroll the residents of the country into the digital identification system. The digital identification systems can take different technological shapes depending upon the variables such as the state of the art of the digital infrastructure in a country, population of a country, literacy rate in the country and the geographic dimensions of a country. The paper discusses the large scale civilian identification systems of the countries that are the pioneer in the setting up of the large scale civilian digital identification system and the technological issues involved therein.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>11290</first_page>     <last_page>11295</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.D9564.118419</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/D9564118419/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Soil Urea Estimation using Embedded Systems</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science at GVM’s GGPR College of Commerce, Ponda-Goa</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sulaxana R.</given_name>      <surname>Vernekar*</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Jivan S.</given_name>       <surname>Parab</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics, Goa University.</organization>   </contributors>
With the advancements in technology constant efforts are being made towards making agriculture sustainable. Green Revolution made extensive use of chemical fertilizers to increase the crop yield, which gave the desired outputs, but high usage of fertilizers led to soil degradability, ground water contamination etc. Precision farming techniques are currently being used to make agriculture sustainable and profitable. Lot of automation is involved in the techniques used for irrigation, harvesting, soil testing etc. Soil testing is an important aspect in agriculture as it decides the crops that can be grown in a particular type of soil and also todecide how much external inputs can be applied to give a good crop yield. Precision farming involves techniques which are real time based. The paper discusses the design and development of a novel soft core embedded platform on Altera FPGA for estimation of urea in soil. RF spectra of five different constituents found in soil are recorded using a scalar network analyzer consisting of Signal Hound tracking generator TG44A and Signal Hound spectrum analyzerUSB-SA124B and a dielectric cell. The samples for recording the RF spectra are prepared in the laboratory by mixing five different constituents namely urea, potash, phoshate, salt and lime taken in the study in distilled water in different proportions. The spectra obtained are then passed through a multivariate system ported on FPGA for the estimation of an unknown concentration of urea in a sample. The multivariate analysis is done using Partial Least Square Regression (PLSR) technique and is implemented using SIMPLS algorithm developed in C. The results obtained show that the estimated values of urea have percentage error of around 5% which is acceptable. Even if the sample concentrations lie outside the confidence interval i.e CI, the estimated results are still satisfactory.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>11296</first_page> <last_page>11299</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.D9565.118419</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/D9565118419/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Dimensionality Reduction using Bi-Dimensional Empirical Mode Decomposition Method for Hyperspectral Image Segmentation</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Asst. This reduction method is used in a process for segmentation of hyperspectral data. Hyperspectral data contains multiple narrow bands conveying both spectral and spatial information of a scene. Analysis of this kind of data is done in three sequential stages, dimensionality reduction, fusion and segmentation. The method presented in this paper mainly focus on the dimensionality reduction step using BEMD, fusion is carried out using hierarchical fusion method and the segmentation is carried out using Clustering algorithms. This dimensionality reduction removes less informative bands in the data set, decreasing the storage and processing load in further steps in analysis of data. The qualitative and quantitative analysis shows that best informative bands are selected using proposed method which gets high quality segmented image using FCM.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>11</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>11300</first_page> <last_page>11304</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.D9566.118419</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/D9566118419/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Advanced ATM Crime Prevention System by using Wireless Communication</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>ECE, CMR Technical Campus, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mohd. The service sector is the major contributor throughout the world economy. In the service sector employees play an important role. Because of the quality of service depends on the employees who are serving that service. In that support objective of our study is to trend in earnings of the organization and expenditure incurred on employees by the organization. ICICI is the leading public sector bank, so we have collected data from annual reports of the ICICI bank from the period of 2012 to 2018. After analyzing the data we found the correlation between total income of ICICI and expenditure incurred by ICICI on their employees. On the basis of this study, we conclude that employees play an important role in the organization. And organizations are just increasing expenditure on employees in the same trend of the organization's income. The organization should put employees on the balance sheet as assets. Organizations are still showing employees as expenditure. In coming future, if the organization will recognize employees' contributions that will lead to more satisfaction in the employees and this boost in satisfaction will improve the performance of employees due to that the overall performance of the organization will improve.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>11</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>12037</first_page>     <last_page>12040</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.D9908.118419</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/D9908118419/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article><!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Iot(Internet of Things) Based Smart Device Network to Monitor and Control Urban Air Pollution</title>   </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>CEO, Quaxar Technologies Private Limited</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Sourav</given_name>      <surname>Mukherjee</surname>    </person_name>  </contributors>
IoT(internet of things) are smart electronic devices connected through the internet.
