There exists a numerous higher level applications are motivated by a young researchers and scientists to identify the newly advanced techniques in which to solve the real time traffic problems using machine learning and deep learning methods to track multiple vehicles accurately. To addresses the various existing challenges in machine learning and deep learning based multiple vehicle detection and tracking algorithms namely camera oscillation, shadowing, changing in background motion, cluttering, camouflage etc. for the detection rate decreases dramatically when the distribution of the training samples and the scene target samples do not match. To address this issue, a new hybrid model of two-tier classifier of Haar+HOG, SVM+AdaBoost classifier algorithm based on a feature extraction algorithm is proposed in this paper. Inspired by the Adaptive Discrete Classifiers mechanism multiple relatively independent source samples are first used to build multiple classifiers and then particle grouping is used to generate the target training samples with confident scores. The global manual feature extraction ability of deep convolutional neural network is then used to perform source-target scene feature similarity calculation with a deep auto encoder in order to design a composite deep structure based adaptive discrete classifier and its global training method. The main contributions of this paper are threefold: 1) To improve the overall accuracy rate of multiple vehicle detection and tracking of front-view vehicles alone rather than full-sided vehicles. 2) The novelty of our proposed work is for particle grouping of multi-vehicles such as car, bus and lorry. 3) To propose the tracking of front- view multi- vehicles in linear and non-linear motion using particle and extended kalman filter along with hybrid new multi-vehicle tracking algorithm and attains 93.6% of accuracy is shown in the experimental results. We evaluates our proposed method with standard data sets PETS 2016 and 5 self-data sets iROAD were manually collected on traffic road and compared with the existing state of the art approaches and along with the Experiments on the Kitti dataset and a 3 different self -data set captured by our group demonstrate that the proposed method performs better than the existing machine-learning based vehicle detection methods. In addition, compared with the existing automatic feature extraction and region based object detection methods, our new hybrid method improves the overall detection rate by an average of approximately 5% of existing methods.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>457</first_page>     <last_page>459</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1526.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1526078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Automated Kannada Text Summarization using Sentence Features</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, JSS Science &amp; Technology University, Mysuru, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Arpitha</given_name>      <surname>Swamy</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Srinath</given_name>       <surname>S</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering, JSS Science &amp; Technology University, Mysuru, India.</organization>   </contributors>
There is a growing requirement for the text summarization due to the difficulty of managing exponential increase of information accessible on the World Wide Web. Text summarization is a process to extract the contents in the original text to the shorter form which provides important information to the user. The summarizer presented in this paper produces the extractive summaries of Kannada text documents. The proposed summarizer system considers five features to determine the important sentences in the document. The features used are Term Frequency, Term Frequency-Inverse Sentence Frequency, Keywords feature, Sentence length and Sentence position. The value of each feature is computed and score for each sentence in the document is the average of all the feature score values. The sentences with the top scores are selected to be included in the extractive summary. The results of the proposed model are evaluated using ROUGE toolkit to measure the performance based on F-score of generated summary. Experimental studies on custom-built dataset with 50 Kannada text documents shows significantly better performance in producing extractive summaries as compared to human summaries.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>470</first_page>     <last_page>474</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1531.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1531078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Design, Development and Numerical Experiments of Compliant Anchor Mechanism for Clamping Purpose - A Topology Optimization Method</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Technical Leader, Brakes India Private Ltd, Polambakkam, 603309, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.</given_name>      <surname>Premanandand</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr.G.</given_name>       <surname>Arunkumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Mechanical Engineering, Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, 600119, Tamilnadu, India.</organization>   </contributors>
In the present scenario, every industry focusses mainly on the reduction of wastes. In order to achieve this signal must be acquired and tracked. IRNSS signals have PRN sequences unique for each satellite. These sequences are used to scramble and encrypt the signal, in order for a receiver to acquire the signal, it needs to have the same PRN sequence as that of the sending satellite, this is achieved in acquisition using an efficient search method. Once the PRN sequence is generated at the receiver it has to be tracked continuously to ensure that there is no loss of signal at a later point, which is achieved in the tracking phase. Several factors can lead to noise generation in the satellite signal; this can lead to either a Doppler shift in carrier or shift in PRN both leading to loss of signal, thus a correctional loop is also implemented in the tracking phase to correct the effect of noise.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>503</first_page>     <last_page>508</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1567.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1567078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Assessing the Impact Index of Urbanization Index on Urban Flood Risk</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>PhD Research Scholar at Civil Engineering Department, S V National Institute of Technology, Surat, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Rupal K.</given_name>      <surname>Waghwala</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. P.G</given_name>       <surname>Agnihotri</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor at Civil Engineering, S V National Institute of Technology, Surat, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The process of urbanization has changed overall Land use/Land cover patterns which are being attributed to flooding and resulting in the economic damages from flooding events. The Topographical maps and satellite imagery of Resources-1 of the year 1968 and the year 2006 respectively are used for analyses the urbanization index. As the flood risk is a combination of flood hazard, and vulnerability of the urbanized area, flood losses are expected to rise due to change in each of these aspects. The remote sensing and spatial analysis tools of Geographic Information System (GIS) have been used to statistically examine the flood risk index along with their different land-use scenarios. It has been observed that other than natural processes, rapid urbanization obstructions are being considered as one of the main drivers of flood risk aggravation, and if so, it has made essential for the implementation of flood management approach at the top priority for reducing the risk of flood.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>509</first_page>     <last_page>516</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1571.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1571078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Importance of Lean Concepts and Its Need in Construction Projects</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Former M.Tech(CEM) Student,Dept. of Civil Engineering, Manipal Institute of Technology, MAHE Manipal, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Prasanna</given_name>      <surname>Shetty</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Prof. B Prakash</given_name>       <surname>Rao</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor(Senior Scale)Dept.ofCivilEngineering,ManipalInstituteof Technology, MAHE,Manipal,India.</organization>   </contributors>
As we look through the lens of productivity, construction is extremely interesting industry. As researchers are coming up with various new techniques to transform the construction industry not all the efforts are completely used. Several technical and non-technical factors like poor work execution, congestion in the place of work, cleanliness issues, unavailability of resources, delay in the process, qualitymismatch and lack of proper management affects the whole process. Hence thereisarequirementforautomationinseveralareasintheentire process to keep the non-value-added activities in check. The main cause for reduction in performance in this field is lack of waste management something that is least considered. Therefore, proper management of waste materials to produce a leaner and fitter organization plays a very important role in raising the profits. Lean construction requires involvement of lean manufacturing principles along with operations research and construction process. A case study is made based on the observations in the ongoing construction process of a 5-storeyed building “Shrisham Housing Association” in Udupi for a duration of 7 months. This involved activities like Masonry work such as Blockwork and Plastering, Flooring and Tiling. Lean process aims at raising the value of the product for the customers along with least wastage and increased productivity. There are several tools used by the industry to adopt to lean process such as the 5 Whys, The 5S System, Value Stream Mapping, Regression Analysis, Pareto Chart, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Continuous Improvement and Mistake Proofing. In this study “MUDA Walks” and “Value Stream Mapping” tools are used for detection, “Fishbone Diagram” and “5 Whys” for processing and “Last Planner System”, “Daily Huddle Meeting”, “5 S Principle” and “First Run Studies” for mitigation. It is observed that the percentage excess of materials over a period of six months of M. SandandP.Sandhasbeenreducedby17%and9.1%respectively whereas the percentage shortage of solid blocks has been reduced by 1%. The frequency of occurrence of types of wastage due to work delay is ranked 1 and wastage due to human resources is ranked the least among the five categories of wastes consideredin this study. It is also observed that the average lead time of non-value added activities is 25.4% in tiling, plastering and block work.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2534</first_page>     <last_page>2541</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1575.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1575078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Design and Implementation of Real Time Integer Order PID Controller for Infrared Heater</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, EEE, Noida Institute of Engineering &amp; Technology, Greater Noida</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Vineet</given_name>      <surname>Shekher</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Surya Deo</given_name>       <surname>Choudhary</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, ECE, Noida Institute of Engineering &amp; Technology, Greater Noida</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Pankaj</given_name>       <surname>Kumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Chief-IPP, Electricity and Water Authority, Bahrain</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Neel</given_name>       <surname>Kamal</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Associate Professor, EEE, Noida Institute of Engineering &amp; Technology, Greater Noida</organization>   </contributors>
A modified technique is introduced to understand the design of Integer order PID controller. Various researches are going on in order to deliver the efficient energy systems. One such effective method for optimizing the efficiency of inductive devices such as transformer and inductors in cost efficient way has been discussed in this paper. Inductive circuits are used in all electronic devices; the values of impedance of this circuit determine the total efficiency of an instrument or a device. The significant loss in the transformer is the leakage of magnetic flux and Eddy current. By introducing a filler material, which is abundantly available in the earth’s crust; these losses can be minimized. An amorphous filler material which has high permeability and lower electrical conductivity is introduced in the air gap of soft-core iron transformer which significantly reduces the magnetic flux leakage through the lateral sides of the transformer, in turn, enhances the magnetic coupling between the primary coil and the secondary coil of the transformer. Thus, the varying magnetic field around the coil is utilized to the possible extent, as a result the efficiency of a device is optimized. A prototype of a step-down transformer using this filler material has been designed in which the efficiency is increased by 8.306% when compared to the traditional transformers used today. The main contribution of this research is the introduction of a technique for optimizing the magnetic coupling between the primary and secondary coils, which imparts greater efficiency to the transformer and minimizes the overall transformer materials and production cost.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>517</first_page>     <last_page>520</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1581.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1581078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Smart Irrigation and Management of Cash Crops using IoT</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, UG Student Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Arun</given_name>      <surname>Raj V</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Nambi Srinivasan</given_name>       <surname>S</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, UG Student Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Vimalathethan.</given_name>       <surname>K.K.A</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, UG Student Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi</organization>   </contributors>
Smart Irrigation systems are helpful, particularly for the individuals who travel. Whenever introduced and modified legitimately, they can even spare our cash and help in water protection. Dead yard grass and plants should be removed and that can be costly however the investment funds from programmed water system frameworks can go past that. Watering with a hose or with oscillator squanders water. Programmed water systems frameworks can be customized to release increasingly exact measures of water in a focused zone, which advances water protection since the sending and utilization of wired frameworks in remote zones is generally unfeasible because of mind-boggling expenses, remote is the best arrangement. In this study,a solution to demonstrate the feasibility of Automatic Irrigation and continuous monitoring system especially for cash crops is proposed. We have connected the field sensors to the Internet through Wi-Fi or Ethernet or Modem and controlled via a web page which is accessed using the Static IP address. The Field side irrigation controller node is composed of a NodeMCU, sensors and solenoid valves. The sensing parameters can be displayed as values in the web server and continuous monitoring can be done through PC, Laptops and Android Phone.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>521</first_page> <last_page>525</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1583.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1583078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Query Expansion using Semantic Network for Information Retrieval in Telugu Language</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>CSE, ML RIT, Hyderabad, India</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Mrs. K.</given_name> <surname>Neeraja</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. B. Query expansion techniques will better the performance of the information retrieval system. Our proposed query expansion technique is Word Sense Disambiguation. This is to find the correct sense of the ambiguous word in regional Telugu language. In Query expansion, if the added query term is an ambiguous word, accuracy of relevant documents will be very less. So to avoid this, proposed method Word Sense Disambiguation (WSD) is used, which is related to NLP Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence AI. Providing an access to the remote health services using a health monitoring system enhances their independence, since their health is regularly recorded and monitored by the doctor without any efforts. By accessing the services online, they can directly communicate with their doctors only in case of an emergency. Since disabled patients cannot afford to travel, smart healthcare systems help them gain access to healthcare systems. A possible solution to monitor their health status is by developing a health monitoring system based on a smart wheelchair since it is adequate for a wider range of audiences and it does not require a lot of maintenance unlike the wearable systems. Smart wheelchairs not only focus on the mobility of the device but also on health monitoring of the patient. The objective of the present work is to develop a smart sensing wheelchair by implementing sensors within its structures. The avoidable complexity can be identified and reduced on the basis of the assessment. It holds the key to success of the system being developed. Various evaluation methods exist which have specific objectives and basis and all contribute to enhance product quality. In this paper a Complexity Assessment approach based on Activity Diagrams (CAAD) is proposed to evaluate the process view of the architecture of a system. The proposed approach estimates the complexity of the system/class/function from the UML representation of the process view of the architecture in the form of activity diagrams. This complexity measure may be used to assess and estimate the time and effort required to develop the system. This approach can estimate the coding complexity in terms of size without actually developing the code for the system/class/function. Rain forecasting pretenses right from the primeval times as a challenging task, because it be influenced by numerous parameters like temperature, wind speed and direction, rainfall, humidity, station level pressure, mean sea-level pressure, dry bulb temperature, dew point temperature and vapour pressure. Various data mining techniques were implemented for rain forecasting. With compared to orthodox methods predicting rainfall rate, the methods that were applying chronological records and data mining technology shows improvement in computing accurate results with more accuracy. Many researchers have done excellent works to construct forecasting models with data mining methods;but in them most just test the predicting accuracy at one particular geographical area. In this paper, we analyzed the performance of k-NN, Random Forest, C5.0 and AdaBoost algorithms on different locations and compared the performance using precision, recall, f-measure and classification accuracy. The daily surface data was collected from India Meteorological Department (IMD), Pune of 3 stations form the period 2005 to 2015. The k-NN algorithm perform better accuracy 98.02 % on Jodhpur dataset with compare to other datasets, the ratio of 90:10 of training and testing records and the value of K is 10. The highest accuracy is 99.270 % of AdaBoost algorithm.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>558</first_page>     <last_page>563</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1604.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1604078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Age and Gender Influences on Consumer Behavior Towards Online Discounts</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Amity Business School, Amity University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.K.</given_name>      <surname>Suman</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Pallavi</given_name>       <surname>Srivastava</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Shaili</given_name>       <surname>Vadera</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Amity Business School, Amity University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Online shopping is one of the most popular activities that take place on internet. It has expanded considerably in the past few years, but still not reached to its full potential. Internet has created new opportunities for organizations to effectively reach out to existing and potential customers. Web sites enable customers to conveniently search, compare and buy products and services online. Click and mortar stores use various types of online promotional tools like discounts for customer attraction and retention. Various studies have been directed towards influence of gender and age on online shopping behavior of consumers, but limited study has been carried out precisely towards online discounts. The aim of the study is to examine the influence of age and gender on factors –website characteristics and convenience- considered during purchase of online discounted products. This research study was conducted among the online shoppers, who purchase online discounted products, in four prominent districts of North India. Data collected from 311 online buyers, who purchase online products available at a discount rate, was used for the study. The data was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 16.0). The factors were extracted by using exploratory factor analysis with principal axis factoring and varimax rotation. Reliability (Cronbach’s alpha) and validity were established for the scale used in the study. ANOVA was used to analyze the influence of age and gender on factors considered while purchasing online products available at a discount rate. The findings indicate that influence of males and females varies on the factors- website characteristics and convenience- considered while purchasing online products available at a discount rate, but there is no influence of different age groups. These findings can help online marketers to formulate strategies to attract the online shoppers based on age and gender.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>5202</first_page> <last_page>5211</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1046.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1046078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Performance and Persistence of Indian Mutual Fund Industry</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Department of Commerce &amp; Management, KLEF (Deemed to be University) Campus: Green Fields, Vaddeswarm, Guntur District</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Akroju</given_name> <surname>Sanjay</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr. K. Decentralised connectivity of block chains gives another approach to interface information without the overheads of security, trust and controls. A symmetric, eight layered, and simply supported nanocomposite beam is taken for the comparison of CLPT and FSDT. The Mori-Tanaka micro-mechanical approach is used for the computation of elastic constants as a function of volume fraction of CNT reinforcement for the CNT/Polymer composite material. The elastic constants obtained are extensively utilized to discover the critical buckling loads and deflections by using CLPT and FSDT. The variations are presented in graphical form for the buckling and deflection of beams for various stacking sequences and CNT volume fractions. The effect of shear deformation is studied in both deflection and buckling of nanocomposite beams. The effect of beam thickness on the bending loads and buckling loads in both the theories is also studied from the results.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>5240</first_page> <last_page>5244</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1053.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1053078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Research on Water Based Nano Fluids Effecting Thermal Performance of Heat Pipe</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engg., G. MSA is emerging as an alternative approach to SOA and claiming to resolve various challenges in the software development mechanism. Microservices can be implemented as an independent module for software development. In the growing business era, the user requirement is complex and dynamic. User dynamic requirement is a challenge and cannot be completed by a single microservice hence there is a need of service composition in order to fulfill user dynamic business-related queries. For the appropriate service selection, QoS ontology semantic annotation is performed. There are two service composition methods are available i.e. orchestration and choreography. The primary challenge for the picture archiving and communication systems (PACS) allowing to store the image data and the display and reconstruction of the image for recalling at various sites. Image compression and reconstruction are necessary to cope up with these tasks. Significant efforts have been made in the recent towards the application of compressive sensing techniques for acquiring the data in MRI process. The primary aim of the theory of Compressive Sensing (CS) in signal processing is reducing the quantity of data that is acquired for successfully reconstructing the signals. Decreasing the number of coefficients of the acquired images will result in reduced acquisition time i.e. nothing but the duration for which the images are exposed to the MRI apparatus. This paper aims at using optimization algorithms in designing the scanner of the MR integrated with the CS, which results in the reduction of the scan time of the MRI. From a small set of acquired samples, images of satisfactory quality can be obtained. Various Compressive Sensing based optimization algorithms for reconstructing the MRI images are assessed, and a relative comparison is done for further research in this paper.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>5256</first_page>     <last_page>5260</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1056.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1056078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Design of a High Speed and Area Efficient Novel Adder for AES Applications</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar, Dept of ECE, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, Vaddeswaram, Guntur (DT), Andhra Pradesh, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>A.</given_name>      <surname>Radha</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>K.S.N.</given_name>       <surname>Murthy</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor, Dept of ECE, Koneru Lakshmaiah Education Foundation, Vaddeswaram, Guntur(DT), Andhra Pradesh, India.</organization>   </contributors>
In the design of VLSI circuits, there is huge power consumption because of circuit complexity. This strategy is observed to control the voltage output of a converter on AC-DC.At the input side a boost converter is connect which incorporates an open as well as closed loop control. The controllers utilised for such conversion are PI and FLC. A VSIPMSM is modelled, simulated using a MAT Lab tool and the outcomes are compared to check the performance of both the controllers. The antenna parameters like reflection coefficient, voltage standing wave ratio (VSWR), radiation pattern, bandwidth and cost are analyzed by keeping all the substrate height same and the value is 2.5mm. U-slot cutting is used in the patch to overcome the narrow bandwidth limitation in RMSA because U-slot tunes the higher order orthogonal mode resonance frequency of the patch with respect to fundamental mode to realize the wider bandwidth. The joints formed by dissimilar metals should have superior metallurgical properties and an ability to withstand severe operational conditions. Due to difference in composition and properties, DMW formed between stainless steel and low carbon alloy exhibits functional limitation under heterogeneous working conditions and leads to components failure. The present empirical study investigates mechanical and metallurgical properties of dissimilar metal weld of SA312 TP304 alloy and SA335 P11 stainless steel that is formed by MIG welding. The mechanical and metallurgical properties of the weld are investigated using tensile test, hardness measurement and microstructural observations. Characterization of as-welded and heat-treated weld specimen has also been conducted to determine effect of heat treatment on material behavior. The lower tensile strengths was measured in MIG welded joints than base metals. The significant decrease in ultimate strength is observed in heat treatment specimens compared to as-welded specimens. In contrary, all regions of treated joints revealed higher hardness than the as-welded joint.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>5008</first_page>     <last_page>5012</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1079.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1079078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Acetylene an Potential Alternative Fuel for Stationary Diesel Engine</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, K L Deemed to be University, Green fields Vaddeshwaram, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Somnath Rajaram</given_name>      <surname>Koli</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Y V Hanumantha</given_name>       <surname>Rao</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Mechanical Engineering, K L Deemed to be University, Green fields Vaddeshwaram, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The present study focuses on incorporation of alternative fuels along with existing internal combustion engines (ICE) without making major modifications. Acetylene has good combustion qualities with auto ignition temperature of 3050C. To increase the use of acetylene as non-petroleum gas in ICE, we carried experimentation on a single cylinder constant speed diesel engine. In this study, direct injection (DI) and constant speed compression ignition (CI) engine tested with pure diesel and diesel-acetylene dual fuel mode. We conducted experiments to study the performance characteristics of DI diesel engine in dual fuel mode by aspirating acetylene gas in the inlet manifold with a flow rate of 2 liters/minute (lpm) of acetylene. Observation recorded that, during idling condition to get the same power output when aspirated with the 2 lpm acetylene, 3.5% less amount of diesel required. For maximum load 9% less amount of diesel required. And 12% less amount of diesel required during partial loading condition. Also, the performance shows increased trend in indicated power and brake power by 1-2%. It was also observed that use of acetylene gas has more influence on emission of CO2. Emission results showed that without a catalytic convertor, 8% decreased amount of CO2 released during idling condition. Similar emission results of engine found during full load condition when acetylene used along with diesel, supporting the health of environment for reduction of global warming.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>5013</first_page>     <last_page>5016</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1080.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1080078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Systematic Judgment to Automated Programming Contracts Generation</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Research Scholar Department of Computer Science and Engineering Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research Chennai, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>S.V.Gayetri</given_name>      <surname>Devi</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>C.</given_name>       <surname>Nalini</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Professor Department of Computer Science and Engineering Bharath Institute of Higher Education and Research Chennai, India.</organization>   </contributors>
Contracts provide a pre-emptive approach in identifying programming errors at run-time using assertions or by formal Static analysis tool or Manual source code reviews. They describe the expected software behavior. Contracts written by developers have a greater error detection ability than the generic ones that are created automatically but may involve strenuous efforts for larger sized source codes. The intent of this paper is a concise study of prevalent approaches in the generation of contracts and to put forward an approach to derive programming rules for real-time concurrent Java source code automatically with reduced efforts. The proposed method extracts the scalar variables and computed constants from Static program code analysis, then identifies various dependencies dynamically and generates the declarative contracts automatically by Decision tree modeling of computed dependencies. These rules can then be utilized for software Verification.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>5017</first_page>     <last_page>5025</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B1081.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B1081078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Research For Tracking Overspeeding Vehicles</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru, Karnataka.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Arpita</given_name>      <surname>Kulkarni</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Amulya</given_name>       <surname>K J</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru, Karnataka.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Radhika</given_name>       <surname>A D</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysuru, Karnataka,</organization>   </contributors>
In this paper, we proposed an idea to estimate the speed of the vehicle and track over the speeding vehicle. The drive speed is regulated by altering the DC voltage of the inverter that drives the motor. The switches of the inverter are operated at the line frequency, thereby reducing the inverter switching stresses and enhancing the overall drive system efficiency. The converter works in Dual-discontinuous Current Mode (D-DCM) for Power Factor Correction (PFC) and better power quality at the supply mains. DC voltage control is used adjust the duty ratio of the converter switch. Fast voltage regulation, zero current switching at turn-on and enhanced power factor for a broad range of speeds are the advantages of this converter configuration. The necessity of Hall-Effect position sensors is eliminated by employing a sensor-less technique for brushless dc motor commutation. This reduces the dimensions, volume and expenditure of the motor drive and upgrades its overall efficiency. Drive performance is assessed over an extensive span of speeds. A power factor approximating to unity, and enhanced power quality indicators which are adequately within the sanctioned cap of IEC standard 61000-3-2 are obtained.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>21</first_page>     <last_page>25</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A1185.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A1185058119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Evaluation of Non-Orthogonal Techniques for Advance Wireless System</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Ph.D Scholar , Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies, Faridabad, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dipa Nitin</given_name>      <surname>Kokane</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Geeta</given_name>       <surname>Nijhawan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Manav Rachana (MRIIRS), Faridabad, India</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Shruti</given_name>       <surname>Vashist</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Electronics and Communication, Manav Rachana University, Faridabad, India</organization>   </contributors>
This article represents a comparative study of various types of multiple users’ access schemes for cellular radio system. We proposed a method of an image enhancement which includes both resolution enhancement and contrast enhancement. In this method, Stationary Wavelet Transform (SWT) in combination with Lifting Wavelet Transform (LWT) is used for image decomposition into low-frequency sub band images and high-frequency sub band images to separate smooth regions and sharp edges to interpolate regions and edges separately to reduce blurring effect in edges and noise in smooth regions. To get smoother details and sharper edges, Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) is used for interpolation in resolution enhancement process and SWT with the combination of Contrasts Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) for contrast enhancement process. SWT in combination with LWT improves the resolution effectively and also minimizes the execution time drastically than existing methods due to the shift invariance of SWT and reduced computations in LWT and GMM interpolation results from sharper edges and smoother details. SWT is used in combination with CLAHE to enhance the contrast and mitigate the noise effects than existing methods. The proposed method gives superior results and compared with existing techniques with PSNR, Noise Estimation, and visual results.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>29</first_page>     <last_page>30</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A1224.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A1224058119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>A Unique Six Sigma Based Segmentation Technique for Brain Tumor Detection and Classification using Hybrid CNN-SVM Model</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, Gulbarga University, Kalaburagi, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Arati</given_name>      <surname>Kothari</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. B.</given_name>       <surname>Indira</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Computer Science, Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.</organization>   </contributors>
An intelligent organizing scheme to detect and classify normal, abnormal MRI brain sequences has been illustrated here. The magnitude and nature of the residual stresses have been of interest to many researchers across the globe. The present work involves methodology to find out the influence of factors on the residual stresses. The machining parameters were varied and the residual stresses were determined using non-destructive method, namely X-ray diffraction. Using statistical methods, the influence of the machining parameters was ascertained. This paper aims at investigating the residual stresses in AISI 1045 steel, induced due to milling. AISI 1045 steel was considered as it is a widely used material and its applications are innumerable. It was observed that speed and feed have significant influence on stresses left behind after the machining is completed. Using statistical techniques a mathematical model was developed which is further used to predict the residual stresses. The error percentage of the predicted values was less than 5%. The results obtained were promising and future work involves the optimization of the machining parameters.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>3397</first_page> <last_page>3400</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A1262.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A1262058119/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Detection of Malicious uniform Resource Locator</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor in CSE, Department of CSE, Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology (GRIET). The Elections in India are performed almost completely using electronic voting machines (EVM) build up over the past 2 decades by a pair of government-owned companies. However, in India these devices is known as Electronic Voting Machines ,have been praised for their easy devise, ease of use, and reliability, but recently they have also been criticized and despite this criticism, several particulars of the machineries’ design have never been publicly disclosed, and they have not been subjected to a rigorous, independent security evaluation. This research paper will evaluate the machine’s effectiveness and function in detail, as well as address its safety in light of related election procedures. Presently , in India available Electronic Voting Machines(EVM) has been applauded for their uncomplicated design, dependability as well as usability, yet as of late they have moreover been condemned taking after across the board reports of race abnormalities. In spite of this feedback, numerous subtle parts of the machines' outline have never been freely unveiled, as well as they have not been subjected to a thorough, autonomous security assessment. Reinforcement technique is a low-cost method of enhancing the load carrying capacity of such foundations. Over the past three decades, geosynthetics have been successfully used as a reinforcing material. In the present study, a series of small-scale model footing tests were conducted on the geosynthetics reinforced soil slope. A bi oriented 3D geogrid and glasgrid were used as a reinforcing material. The results obtained from laboratory model footing tests over a geosynthetics reinforced earth slope are analyzed and presented. Pressure settlement curves and improvement factor (IF) were studied by measuring the results of different settlement ratios. Various parameters like edge distance (D) and slope angle (β) were studied to check the effect of slope geometry. Some other parameters like optimum value of initial reinforcement depth (u), influence depth of reinforcement (d), and number of reinforcements (N) were also considered to check the effect of geosynthetic in the enhancement of load carrying capacity of footing over reinforced earth slope. Experimental results demonstrate that load carrying capacity of foundation resting over soil slope significantly improved by the placement of geosynthetics in the soil. On the basis of the experimental work, critical values of geosynthetic parameters for the optimum reinforcing effect are suggested.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>207</first_page>     <last_page>212</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A2208.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A2208058119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Synthetic Fiber Image Segmentation using a Cooperative System of Local Hill Climbing Optimization and K-Means Clustering</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>ECE Dept., Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Ganesan</given_name>      <surname>P</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>M.</given_name>       <surname>Vadivel</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>ECE Dept., Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>V.G.</given_name>       <surname>Sivakumar</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>ECE Dept., Vidya Jyothi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, India.</organization>   </contributors>
The proposed method explains the segmentation of synthetic fiber images based on the cooperative approach of local hill climbing and k means clustering. In order to improve PQ, a method for detecting and classifying power quality disturbances (PQDs) is proposed. Hence in addition to identifying the disturbance signals, the proposed method is able to determine its type when occurring. This approach is based on Multilayer perceptron and Levenberg-Marquardt training rule. It is inspired by the desire to take advantage of the parallelism inherent to neural networks in view of hardware implementation using reconfigurable chips. The inputs of these networks are the samples obtained on the power grid in various conditions. The proposed method is tested for sags and swells. To classify the disturbances, the neural architectures have been generalized and configured according to the number and type of disturbances to be treated. To validate and test the proposal, a grid model was built with a three-phase fault generator under Matlab / Simulink R2017a. After comparing the results with those obtained by certain methods in the literature, the proposal proves to be an efficient and reliable tool for monitoring PQ. In fact it has the smallest mean square error and a highperformance with precision of 96%.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>155</first_page>     <last_page>161</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A2227.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A2227058119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Opinion Analysis and Statistics about the Success Rates of Treatments Extracted From Online Healthcare Forums for the Disease Psoriasis using a Pipeline of LDA, NLP and Artificial Neural Network</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Department of MCA, NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, Karnataka, India.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Mamatha</given_name>      <surname>Balipa</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Dr. Balasubramani</given_name>       <surname>R</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Department of Information Science and Engineering, NMAM Institute of Technology, Nitte, India.</organization>   </contributors>
This paper describes how the authors have applied NLP and text processing techniques to mine the messages related to the disease Psoriasis available online and posted by users who have undergone various types of treatments for the disease. One of the biggest challenge today is to convert this data into useful information, this is known as data mining. Important kinds of data include text-based data, audio-based data, image-based data, video-based data etc. An important challenge in mining useful information from text-based data source (text mining) is topic modeling which is to find out the topic the text is talking about. The solution to this problem finds application, in clustering files based on the topic, pre-processing method in information retrieval, ontology of medical record etc. A lot of research work has gone into this area of topic modeling, and many approaches have been formulated. Some of these approaches take into account the occurrence and frequency of occurrence of words/terms, these models come under the Bag Of Words(BOW) approach. Others take into account the underlying structure in the corpus of text used, Wikipedia category graph is an example of this approach. This paper, provides an unsupervised solution to the above problem by extracting keywords that represent the topic of the text document. In our approach, topic modeling is carried out with a hybrid model which makes use of WordNet and Wikipedia Corpus. Promising experimental results have been obtained for well- known news dataset (BBCNews) from our model. We present the experimental result for our proposed approach along with the results of others in the same domain and show that our approach provides better results.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>2516</first_page>     <last_page>2521</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.A3068.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/A3068058119/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Professionalism and Family Business Management the Synergy Leading towards Business Excellence</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor and Research Head, SBIIMS, Pune, India</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Dr. Mayanka</given_name>      <surname>Sharma</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Prof. Manish</given_name>       <surname>Mundada</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Founder President, SBIIMS, Pune, India</organization>   </contributors>
If family businesses are praised for the expertise with technology and deeper knowledge about the markets, they are criticized for lack of professionalism in management. This paper propose the design considerations and development of four way hacksaw machine which is able to cut four pieces of same or different material simultaneously with a very less time consumption. The motor is used as a source of power generation. Conversion of rotary motion of motor shaft into reciprocating motion is obtained by using eccentric cam. This machine can perform cutting operation on four different components by four ways at a time on different material simultaneously and therefore this machine becomes very useful in industry because of its efficiency, reliability and compatibility.
