The undiagnosed sleep apnea can be very serious, resulting in fast decreases in blood oxygen levels, during which developed insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes may increase. Several people do not know their condition, though. Typical for sleep diagnosis is an overnight polysomnography (PSG) in a dedicated sleep laboratory. Since these exams are expensive and beds are restricted due to the need for trained employees to evaluate the full. An automatic detection technique would allow faster diagnosis and more patients to be analyzed. Hence detection of sleep apnea is compulsory so that it could be treated. This study established an algorithm that signaled a short-term electrocardiographic event extraction (ECG) and combined neural network methodologies for automatic sleep apnea detection. This study provides users with visual experiences through visual parameters such as HRV measurements, Poincare plot, global and local return map. This enables the doctor evaluate whether or not the individual is suffering from sleep apnea.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>3552</first_page> <last_page>3557</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3066.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3066078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Design and Development of MDOE for Virtual Tourism Management for Elderly People</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Professor &amp; Head, Department of Computer Science, School of Information Technology, Madurai Kamaraj University, India.</organization> <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>Dr.M</given_name> <surname>Thangaraj</surname> </person_name> <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'> <given_name>K. Virtual tours have turned out to be an effective tool in engaging the customers with the Tourism companies. For older adults who wish to traveldespite their age and disability , the real world becomes very wide and stifling. But they may be able to escape from this isolation to the degree through virtual reality. Technology has largely shaped the way tourism projects are marketed in the contemporary industry. The direct and lasting impact of the unprecedented growth of technology, particularly in the tourism industry is strongly felt in the Virtual Reality technology which provides extraordinary opportunities. The recent developments in information and communication technologies (ICTs) have transformed tourism rapidly , with impacts on all areas in Tourist’s demand for Tourism management.Though aging process has adversely affected the physical health of senior citizen it can not little be their spirit and wish to travel to see places of interest . Health issues may also become a factor that arises during the trip they plan. Old people may be affected by environmental changes , climatic changes and changes in food , a factor that tourism providers should keep in mind while planning a tour.A virtual tour is a simulation of an existing location, usually composed of a sequence of videos, static images, sound effects, music, narration, and text. This paper presents Multi Disciplinary Ontology Engine (MDOE) which has been designedfor elderly people in the way they wish to enjoy the travel experience. Induction motor is the leading machine used in many industrial controls, automation processes and in the field of HVAC applications. However, induction motor has fixed rated speed when directly connected to ac supply. It is necessary to design a drive system to obtain variable speed at its output to fulfill the application requirement. For this reason, we have designed a “VFD (Variable Frequency Drive)”, which gives desired speed- according to load changes unlike the DC motors, which do not require any speed controlling drive. Currently with the technological elevation in drive systems, the speed control of induction motor is more economical, convenient, reliable, and accurate. It provides continuous process control over a wide range of speed. VFD not only controls the speed of induction motor but also make its starting smooth by reducing starting inrush current and improves power factor. In result, power consumption is also reduced. In this paper, we have designed and analyzed the MATLAB/Simulink model of open loop drive system and then implemented an experimental hardware design.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3046</first_page>     <last_page>3052</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3068.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3068078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>Determination of Economically Sound Criteria to Assess the Effectiveness of Control Processes</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>FGIBU VO “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation”, Moscow, Russia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Anna</given_name>      <surname>Bodyako</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Roman Petrovich</given_name>       <surname>Bulyga</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>FGIBU VO “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation”, Moscow, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>S.V.</given_name>       <surname>Ponomareva</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Saint-Petersburg state University of Economics, Saint-Petersburg, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>Tatyana</given_name>       <surname>Rogulenko</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>State University of management, Moscow, Russia</organization>   </contributors>
The article considers the issues related to the identification and establishing of economically sound criteria to assess the effectiveness of control processes in the modern context, as well as defines the characteristics of the new assessment format to address its main target, which is providing information support of development and making managerial decisions. The authors determine that the main problem, when assessing the effectiveness of control processes lies in the fact that many of the developments offered by specialists are based on outdated principles, while others put forward proposals, which cannot be used in practice. The authors offer their own vision of the content and functioning specifics of the intracorporate control services, as well as offer a flowchart reflecting control actions of specialists of institutional and intracorporate control services of companies with public ownership. The regulation on the quality assessment system of intracorporate control of the corporate accounting and control system is proposed, as well as the managerial actions in relation to its organization are defined. A new concept of intracorporate control in companies with public ownership, developed by the authors, focused on risks, will prevent misuse of budget allocations. Implementation of the proposals will allow developing science-grounded intracorporate control regulations, which are aimed at solving specific problems of corporate management.
<publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>4101</first_page> <last_page>4109</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3070.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3070078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'> <titles> <title>Time-Domain Simulations of Single-Phase Enhanced PLL for Power Converters under Distorted Grid Conditions</title> </titles> <contributors> <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Assistant Professor, Vignan’s Institute of Information Technology, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The requirement for introducing corporate social responsibility is explained primarily by the companies’ growing awareness of their obligations to society. Companies in the modern world tend to do business with due account of the current social tasks and issues. Those businesses that do consider the implications of their operations make corporate social responsibility their strategic priority. The pioneers in corporate social responsibility, who were the first to speak openly on the topic, were Mr. G. Swope, President of General Electric, and Mr. W. Gifford, President of American Telephone and Telegraph Company. The idea of the social responsibility of business has spread all over the world and was adopted by many companies, resulting in the emergence of the concept of corporate social responsibility. Today, business is a valid corporate citizen exercising its influence on the social, economic and political environment. As such, it may not allow itself to neglect the social background of its activities since it may result in the deterioration of its public image and the way it is perceived by its consumers and investors.
  <publication_date media_type='online'>     <month>07</month>     <day>30</day>     <year>2019</year>   </publication_date>   <pages>     <first_page>3871</first_page>     <last_page>3876</last_page>   </pages>   <crossmark>     <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version>     <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy>     <crossmark_domains>       <crossmark_domain>          <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain>       </crossmark_domain>     </crossmark_domains>     <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive>   </crossmark>   <doi_data>     <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3075.078219</doi>     <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3075078219/</resource>   </doi_data> </journal_article> <!-- ============== --> <journal_article publication_type='full_text'>   <titles>     <title>The Use of Internet Technologies in Teaching Bachelors-Economists Mathematics as a Factor of Students’ Professional Growth</title> </titles>   <contributors>      <organization sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>Academy of Social Management, Moscow, Russia.</organization>    <person_name sequence='first' contributor_role='author'>      <given_name>Ye.I.</given_name>      <surname>Sanina</surname>    </person_name>    <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>M.S.</given_name>       <surname>Artyukhina</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Lobachevsky State University of Nizhni Novgorod, Arzamas, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>N.G.</given_name>       <surname>Dendeberya</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Armavir State Pedagogical University, Armavir, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>A.A.</given_name>       <surname>Savadova</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Armavir State Pedagogical University, Armavir, Russia.</organization>     <person_name sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>       <given_name>I.V.</given_name>       <surname>Nasikan</surname>     </person_name>     <organization sequence='additional' contributor_role='author'>Armavir State Pedagogical University, Armavir, Russia.</organization>   </contributors>
Abstract. In computer vision Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN or ConvNet) are the default deep learning model used for image classification problems. In these deep network models, feature extraction is figure out by itself and these models tend to perform well with huge amount of samples. Herein we explore the impact of various Hyper-Parameter Optimization (HPO) methods and regularization techniques with deep neural networks on Fashion-MNIST (F-MNIST) dataset which is proposed by Zalando Research. We have proposed deep ConvNet architectures with Data Augmentation and explore the impact of this by configuring the hyperparameters and regularization methods. As deep learning requires a lots of data, the insufficiency of image samples can be expand through various data augmentation methods like Cropping, Rotation, Flipping, and Shifting. In recent days, automated flower harvesting is available only for large flowers like tulip. Thus there will be a requirement for harvesting smaller flowers like rose. This procedure will solve this problem and also it is cost efficient then manual harvesting. In this procedure the watershed algorithm is used to detect the flowers. By the histogram distance calculation, the detected flower is compared to the flowers which are already present in the database. If the detected flower matches 70-80%, then there will be the calculation of centroid of the flower and the distance from the centroid at which the stem is to be cut. The robotic arm is provided that will cut the matched flower when the signal has received to it via microcontroller. Question answering system is one such variant used to find the correct ‘answer’ for a ‘query’ using the supplied ‘context’. Using a sentence instead of the whole context paragraph to determine the ‘answer’ is quite useful in terms of computation as well as accuracy. Sentence selection can, therefore, be considered as a first step to get the answer. This work devises a method for sentence selection that uses cosine similarity and common word count between each sentence of context and question. This removes the extensive training overhead associated with other available approaches, while still giving comparable results. India is the third largest in terms of power generation. Global warming and climate changes are the biggest challenge faced by mankind. Use of energy resources which are renewable and green that is producing low carbon emission is the need of the day. India has invested heavily on wind energy and solar energy. Ocean wave energy generation is renewable process with minimal carbon emission as well as less land requirement. India has a long coastline and has a tremendous scope for generation of wave energy along its coastline. Wave Energy Converter (WEC) is the device used in the wave energy extraction. For making the wave energy conversion feasible, the efficiency of a WEC is required to be assessed. For the design of WEC and assessment of its efficiency numerical models are very much useful giving the flexibility of assessing a number of alternatives at a relatively low cost. An attempt is made in this paper to estimate efficiency of an array of WECs using the Boussinesq Wave Model, namely the mathematical model MIKE21-BW. A site at Bhagvati Bandar, which is identified as hotspot for wave energy generation is considered for the installation of WECs. Numerical model experiments were carried out to find optimal configuration of an array of WECs and the findings are presented in this paper.
  <publication_date media_type='online'> <month>07</month> <day>30</day> <year>2019</year> </publication_date> <pages> <first_page>3563</first_page> <last_page>3569</last_page> </pages> <crossmark> <crossmark_version>CC-BY-NC-ND 4.0</crossmark_version> <crossmark_policy>10.35940/BEIESP.CrossMarkPolicy</crossmark_policy> <crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain> <domain>www.ijrte.org</domain> </crossmark_domain> </crossmark_domains> <crossmark_domain_exclusive>true</crossmark_domain_exclusive> </crossmark> <doi_data> <doi>10.35940/ijrte.B3096.078219</doi> <resource>https://www.ijrte.org/portfolio-item/B3096078219/</resource> </doi_data> </journal_article>
