Advanced Technological and digital development facilitates innovative monitoring equipment for better management of fish stocks, this paper expounds the contradiction between supply and demand and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several modes of fish farming. the operation analysis development process and of the system were provided from the requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, input design, output design.
