Abstract: Robotic manipulators are widely used to replace human operators in tasks that are repetitive in nature. However, there are many tasks that are non-repetitive, unpredictable, or hazardous to thehuman operators. Clear in gupanu clear power plant leak or exploring the extreme depths of ocean are just some examples. The most developed robot in practical use to day is the robotic armand it is seen in applications throughout the world. Robotic are used to carryout working outer space where man can not survive and also used to do work in them edical field such as conducting experiments without expos in gthe researcher. In early days, robotic manipulators have been implemented in different control techniques like mechanical control and the remote control or tele-operation. But withthe ad vento fhigh performance ,anew way of control using mobile has been implemented which is introduce dint is project. All the above system sare controll ed by the Microco ntroller. In our project weare using the popular 8 bitmi crocontroller AT89S52. It’s a 40 pinmicro controller. TheMicrocontrollerAT89S52is usedto control the dcmotors. Two DC motorsare usedtodrive the robotinfrontdirectioni.e. Front Therobotis alsod eveloped togivean alert when any fire accidents occursandto givealert. Here we areusingfire sensorand IR-pairs for alteringfiresensors andfor obstacle detectionalso.
