Abstract: In this paper the authors have introduced a new function on a bitopological space which provides us with a tool to develop a new bitopology. Various characteristics of the derived bitopological spacehav been studied. two new separation axioms have also been introduced over the bitopological spaces. It is interesting to see that the derived bitopology accepts these new separation axioms in a very natural manner.
