Abstract: Education is the instrument that refines the person’s personality and bring out the hidden knowledge inside it. Without education human beings are equal, because education alone is helpful in the creation of civilization and culture. Education makes superior to other creatures. The teacher works like a guide for the society. In society, the teacher gets the respect of the first class person At present, the importance of education and teacher is increased, the more it has been used incorrectly, education is found in the market like anything els. Education has been commercialized. Responsible teacher and private academic institutions of educational commercialization can be considered. Teacher have mead education a business, from which a poor learner has to be deprived of education.such learners can not even complete their education initiation. Parents tends to private institutions due to lack of educational quality of government educational institutions. In this case, demand for private institutions increase. Here ,from the costume of the learners to the books, all the item have to be obtained from the institutions. It the condition of education is prominently seen. The batter quality is seen where the batter and the more grinding. It has been in the parents that the private institutions provide good quality. In the modern times where the commercialization of education has been observed, in the government sector. Teachers are also professionalized by the administration. When the recruitment of three instructor teachers is made in the pay scale of a regular teachers such recruits also commonly gave rise to teachers commercialization by appointing teachers on contract. Where the administration gets its profits, it also has a broad impact on educational quality. The matter is of a teacher or commercialization of education has had a huge effect both in the areas.
