Abstract: Graphene is a two-dimensional carbon allotrope that has developed as an extraordinarily flexible material and has gotten overall consideration on the 21st century. In this concise survey, we have exhibited a portion of the ongoing disclosure of carbon-based materials especially graphene. This paper additionally examined the graphene developing technique that was directed by past research and concentrating on the Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) strategy.
