It is indeed much essential to analyze the impacts of blended learning in higher education, which is the intention and aim of this paper. Systematic examination and precise inference are the outcomes of employing Fuzzy cognitive Maps, a decision making mathematical tool. In this paper the method of Combined Disjoint Block Hexagonal Linguistic Fuzzy Cognitive Maps CBDLHFCM is used to explore the effects of blended learning in higher education, which is the need of the hour.
