Abstract: Ultrasonic machining is also known as Ultrasonic Vibration machining. It is one of the most widely used machining processes. Few key parameters of USM are abrasive size, the effect of slurry, effect of amplitude, the effect of frequency, effect of tool and work material, and etc. To obtain high results in terms of accuracy and precision, we need to consider the optimal value of these parameters. The optimal parameters vary depending on the situation. Keywords:
