Abstract: The title of the project is “ RECUIRTMENT AND TRAINING OF EMPLYOEES ATVISHAL MEGA MART ABIDS HYDERABAD” and is solely an internal analysis of the organization. The project was done in order to identify the effectiveness of the employee satisfaction level towards the recruitment and training process happening in the organization.
