Abstract: Achievement motivation is the energetic strength for motivation of students’ learning and it is very essential for school students to attain higher level of academic performance and show case their competency in academics. More than two fifth of secondary students of Government schools have moderate level of achievement motivation. To improve achievement motivation of secondary students who are studying in Government schools, they must attempt to answer tough questions and they should study all the lessons daily.
