Abstract: Earned value management is a method that predicts the project giving early warning of project cost and schedule. This study is to check effectiveness of EVM in construction industries for tracking the project progress using MSP software. Tracking will enhance the opportunities for project success. Tracking helps to monitor the true progress of the activities from starting of project and manage them using earned value concepts will result in cost saving and time completion.
