In this research silica fume used as the chemical additive to increase compressive strength, the percentage of silica fume added in this study is (4, 8, 12 % and 16% by weight of cement that used in recipe) the result shows the compressive strength increased with increasing silica fume to a specific limit than the compressive decreased with an additional amount of silica fume. It has been found that the density are not affected with silica fume due to less amount of silica compare with the total amount of the mix, and for thermal conductivity the same behavior was shown for the same reason as the lack of density. Under vigorous stirring, substrates are dipped into the solution. The films were dried at atmospheric temperature. Oley amine (OM) was used as a chemical agent within the synthesis part and it had been aggressively stirred with titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP). Samples of thin films are annealed under 5500C for 15 hours. To study the properties of structure, X-Ray diffraction (XRD) analysis and Raman Spectroscopy has been taken place. Also by using Ultraviolet (UV) Spectroscopy, optical properties are analyzed for the samples. XRD results illustrated the amorphous structure and section of TiO2 and these results were additional confirmed by Raman spectrum analysis. Then ultraviolet light spectrographic analysis has been used for preparation of TiO2 lean films in association with the energy band three 3.26 and 3.22 eV, it is easy refers to make different in crystal structure for anatase titania. Furthermost the real word dataset is the combination of numerical and categorical data attributes. The K-prototype Clustering algorithm is widely used to group the mixed data because of ease of implementation. The efficiency of the algorithm depends on the selection strategy of initial centroids, and here the initial centroids are randomly selected. Other constraint of this algorithm is to provide number of clusters as input, which requires the domain specific knowledge. Inappropriate choice for number of clusters will affect the complexity of algorithm. In this paper the REDIC (Removal Dependency on K and Initial Centroid Selection) K-prototype clustering algorithm is proposed which will eliminate the dependency on input parameter and creates the cluster using incremental approach. Here as a replacement for the bit by bit comparison of categorical attributes, the frequency-based method is used to calculate the dissimilarity measurement between two categorical instances. Experiments are conducted with standard datasets and the results are compared with traditional K-prototype algorithm. The better results of REDIC K -prototypes clustering algorithm proves the efficiency of algorithm and removes the dependency on initial parameter selection. This paper presents the Intelligent Integrated Cyber-Physical Safety and Security Framework (IICPSSF) , a novel hybrid edge-cloud AI system that uniquely and simultaneously enforces (i) real-time vision-based physical industrial safety monitoring, and (ii) adaptive cybersecurity design pattern enforcement — governed by a shared Unified LLM Assisted Natural Language Rule Engine (ULNLRE). The edge layer employs YOLO-E, an open-vocabulary object detection model, for promptable real-time perception at approximately 60 FPS. At the same time, a deterministic symbolic rule engine enforces auditable safety and security policies. A Pattern Knowledge Base and context aware adaptive selection engine handle cybersecurity pattern recommendations for web, IoT, and edge applications. Tomato, a major crop in the country’s semi-arid regions, is highly susceptible to fungal and bacterial infections that spread rapidly under local climatic conditions. Manual inspection is labour-intensive, subjective, and ineffective for large-scale monitoring. In the literature, many studies have used high-quality datasets to train deep learning models. However, these datasets are not real-time and rarely reflect Namibia’s specific atmospheric and climatic conditions. To address this challenge, this study uses a blended dataset combining the Plant Village Tomato Leaf Dataset from Kaggle with real-time images collected from small farms in Namibia. The study further investigates a resource efficient and reliable deep learning model, namely MobileNetV2, for multiclass classification of plant diseases. The proposed framework using the MobileNetV2 model is benchmarked against the VGG16 and ResNet50 models, both trained and fine-tuned on the blended dataset. The models are compared in terms of the overall prediction accuracy from the multiclass confusion matrix and their computational cost. The results indicate that the proposed multiclass classification model based on the MobileNetV2 architecture has achieved the best performance near to 90% accuracy, compared to VGG16 (88.33%) and ResNet50 (58.02%), while incurring minimal computational cost. The model achieved fast predictions with reasonable accuracy, enabling mobile deployment to monitor crop health in the field. Conventional solutions, such as pill organisers and alarm reminders, are limited in their ability to ensure accurate and timely medication administration. This paper introduces MediTrack, an automated medicine-delivery robot designed to improve adherence, enhance patient safety, and reduce caregiver dependence. MediTrack uses an Arduino microcontroller to coordinate navigation, scheduling, and dispensing. Infrared sensors enable line-following navigation along predefined paths, while ultrasonic sensors provide real-time obstacle detection and avoidance. A Real-Time Clock module schedules medication delivery at set intervals. Upon arrival at the designated location, a servo motor dispenses the correct dosage, and a buzzer provides an audible alert. An LCD module displays real-time system status for improved usability and monitoring. Experimental validation in a controlled indoor environment assessed navigation accuracy, obstacle avoidance, timing precision, and dispensing reliability. As mobile devices are used everywhere, detecting smishing messages has become a very important yet difficult task in cybersecurity. In the present study, the authors conduct a comparative analysis of several deep learning models, namely, the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional LSTM (Bi LSTM), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), and a combination of CNN-LSTM, for the detection of smishing. The experiments are conducted on publicly available SMS datasets, and performance is evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1 Score, and a confusion matrix. These results emphasise the importance of data mining in generating reliable forecasts of student performance, enabling early detection of at-risk learners and timely interventions by school managers, teachers, and parents. The study recommends adopting Random Forest as the most suitable classifier for predicting student performance. In particular, High Altitude Platform Systems have emerged as promising communication enablers due to their wide coverage and deployment flexibility; however, their effectiveness is constrained by the energy efficiency and performance of antenna systems. This study investigates the application of Machine Learning techniques for the optimisation of 3D antenna structures to enhance communication efficiency. The 3D intelligent Microstrip Patch Multiple Input Multiple Output antenna operating at 28 GHz was designed and optimised using a Machine Learning-driven framework. The antenna design process was carried out using 3D digital Computer Simulation Technology software, enabling precise electromagnetic modelling and performance evaluation. Machine Learning algorithms were employed to systematically adjust antenna parameters, allowing the identification of optimal design configurations beyond conventional trial-and-error methods. The performance of the optimised antenna was evaluated using Quality of Service parameters for power efficiency and last mile connectivity. Comparative analysis with non-optimised antenna designs demonstrated substantial performance gains. The results reveal an improvement of up to 31% in power efficiency, accompanied by enhanced connectivity performance. Although traditional psychological assessments are widely used today, they may be subjective and impractical for large-scale deployment because they require the physical presence of a psychologist. This study presents an automated personality prediction model utilising text data. To address class imbalance, a significant factor that degrades model performance on the personality text dataset, a two-tier oversampling strategy has been implemented. The primary contribution of this study is to systematically evaluate the efficacy of various Deep Learning Architectures, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), and Bidirectional LSTMs, for MBTI prediction. Additionally, we have explored various ensemble learning approaches by combining separable CNNs, LeNet-5, and LSTM and BiLSTM models, thereby further improving prediction accuracy and generalisation. The experimental results show that integrating the proposed oversampling technique ensemble with the ensemble learning framework achieves higher accuracy, exceeding 87%, and outperforms previous models based solely on a single architecture or machine learning methods. The site studied is located in Katsepy, Madagascar, where the reliability of energy forecasts remains a significant challenge due to high climate variability. The main objective is to design a more accurate and adaptable forecasting tool to enable adequate energy planning and system operation. The methodology is based on historical photovoltaic production data and meteorological data collected between 2005 and 2023 from the PVGIS online platform. Several regression algorithms were evaluated, including Random Forests, Bagging, and Gradient Boosting, to identify the models best suited to the local context. Among these, Gradient Boosting showed the best performance according to RMSE, MAE, MAPE and R² measurements, followed closely by Random Forest and Bagging. The experimental process consists of two stages: first, validation using actual 2023 data, and then forward-looking forecasts for 2024 incorporating real temperature data. To improve accuracy and robustness, a Stacking ensemble model was constructed, combining the three best performing algorithms as base estimators and the Extra Trees Regressor as the meta-model. This ensemble approach consistently outperformed the individual models and provided realistic production estimates for 2024, indicating a moderate decline in photovoltaic production compared to 2023, driven by observed climate variations.
