Abstract: The hospital is a primary health care institution in a country, so the hospital must be able to offer optimum performance services for every citizen. In this study, efforts will be made to improve the performance of hospital services through an implementation method for knowledge management system that is of course adapted to current hospital conditions, so the authors propose the Knowledge Management Maturity Model to determine which strategies are appropriate for hospital use based on their maturity level. The author collects data from 33 hospitals to verify this model, where the collected quantitative data has been verified (validity and reliability test). The results of this study are a framework for identifying knowledge management maturity for hospitals and also strategic recommendations for improving the performance of hospital services.
